We deliver exclusively within Belgium. All orders are handled and shipped by us directly — no third-party fulfillment.

Delivery times Orders are typically delivered within 3-14 business days after confirmation. You will be contacted to arrange a delivery appointment where applicable (especially relevant for furniture).

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location within Belgium.

Order processing Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays). You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or missing items If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
